Quick and tasty!

Preparation:

Take out the mushroom stems. Fill the mushrooms with #RibellaShiitake hummus.

Add a little bit of edam, cheddar or similar cheese, season as desired and add some chili pepper.

P.S. Wrap the mushroom in a thinly sliced piece of bacon for gourmands!
