Bruschetti with tomato and Tunino Mediterian smoked fillets

An excellent recipe for all those moments when you want to serve tasty, fast and different bites to your friends and family. The secret ingredient of this simple, but irresistible recipe, is Ribella Tunino smoked tunafillets.


  • French baguette
  • olive oil (cold pressed)
  • fresh basil
  • tomato
  • Tunino Mediteran smoked tuna fillets
  • garlic, salt, pepper


Heat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Cut French baguette on slices, up to 1cm thick. Lay the baguette slices in the casserole covered by baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes. Rub hot, roasted baguette slices with garlic. Add salt and pepper. Chop basil and add to olive oil. Cut into small cubes Tunino Mediteran smoked tuna fillets and tomato meat, put in on the top of baguette slices and add olive oil with basil.
