Ribella sandwich

A healthier sandwich requires only a few ingredients to change – little vegetables, hummus and tuna salami are enough to fully enjoy without the care of conscience.

Ingredients:

• 50 g of Ribella Tunino salami
• 80g of Ribella Hummus to your liking
• Bavarian bagel
• a lettuce leaf
• 1 tomato
• half cucumber

Preparation:

Cut the Bavarian bagel in half, longitudinally, and richly spread Ribella Hummuson both inner sides. Cut the tomato and cucumber on thin slices. At the lower half of the bagel, arrange salad, cucumber, tomato and slices of Tunino salami, fold over with the top half of the bagel and enjoy the delicious snacks.
