Tunino rolls

These healthy rolls are a great choice if you want to serve a delicious appetizer that is completely different from what your guests are used to.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g of Ribella Tunino salami
  • 200g of Ribella Hummus natural
  • a spoon of mustard
  • french baguette

For decoration:

  • cherry tomato
  • olives
  • pickles

Preparation:

Wash the cucumber and cut it in thin strips. Mix Ribella Hummus natural and mustard and coat the cucumber strips. Add the slice of Tunino salami, wrap and fasten it by toothpick. Serve the rolls with french baguette. If desired, decorate with cherry tomato, olives and pickles.
