Rolls with Hummus

Cold appetizer that is a pleasure for all our senses. Delicious, healthy, practical and innovative snacks that are prepared quickly and easily, but even more quickly disappear from the plate.

Ingredients:

• Ribella Hummus natural
• 1 cucumber
• 1 red pepper
• 1 yellow pepper
• 1 celery
• 1 carrot
• a little fresh chives

Preparation:

Cut carrots, celery and pepperinto sticks. Cut the cucumber into thin strips with a peeling knife. Coat each strip with a thicker layer of Hummus, add vegetables sticks and roll it. Fasten the rolls with a fresh chives.
