Sandwich with Hummus and baked peppers

Ingredients:

• Bavarian or integral bagel
• a boiled egg
• baked pepper
• tomato
• rucola

Preparation:

Cut boiled eggs, baked peppers and tomatoesinto cubes. Add Ribella Hummus natural to the mixture and stir it all up. Heat the bagel and fill it with the mixture. Put a handful rucola on the spreading.
