Sweet potato with Hummus gravy

Ingredients:

• 200g of Ribella Hummus natural
• 200g of Ribella Hummus piquant
• 6 pieces of sweet potato
• olive oil
• sea salt
• 1 small spoon of garlic powder
• 1 small spoon of red pepper

Preparation:

Peel a sweet potato and cut it longitudinally as for french fries. Put it in a pan, sprinkle with a little olive oil, a little red pepper and onion and add sea salt. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with Ribella Hummus piquant or natural.
