Recipe for whole grain bread:

500gr of mixed buckwheat, spelt, and rye flour

4dcl of hot water

1 baking powder

1 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Sesame seeds, ticks, cumin, sunflower seeds

Mix all dry ingredients and knead the dough with water. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap, let it rest for a few hours and then bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
