Delicious breakfast with Ribella Hummus and homemade tortillas

A recipe for a delicious breakfast with Ribella Hummus Natural that will give you enough energy for the whole day.

 

Ingredients for tortillas:

3 cups of flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

2 teaspoons of salt

¾ of a cup of butter

¾ of a cup of hot water

 

Dressing ingredients:

2 cubes of butter

4 eggs

Salt and pepper

1 Ribella Hummus Natural

Beetroots, carrot, arugula, mango or feta cheese

 

Preparation of a delicious breakfast:

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Chop the butter and mix with the flour so you get a crumbly dough. Add ¾ of a cup of hot water. Add more water if needed, so that the dough is smooth. Knead the dough until it begins to separate from the dish. If the dough sticks to the edge of the dish, add more flour. Leave the finished dough to rest for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 4 balls and roll out with the rolling pin. Bake on both sides until the dough gets a golden brown color on the edges.

 

Make scrambled eggs out of 4 eggs, on butter. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Spread Ribella Hummus Natural in the middle of each tortilla, add scrambled eggs, then add grated beetroots, carrots, chopped arugula, and mango, or feta.
