Homemade Bread with Ribella Hummus Natural and Pumpkin Seeds

What’s more, instead of using fattening and unhealthy toppings, you could choose hummus. It’s a refreshing and flavorful alternative.

Today, we’ll show you a unique recipe for homemade bread with Ribella Hummus Natural and Pumpkin seeds. It will get you ready for a day full of adventure! So before you head out on your next hike or skateboard ride, follow the recipe below!


Whole grain wheat flour — 500 grams

Salt — 2 teaspoons

Baking soda — 1 teaspoon

Yeast (fresh or dry) — 10 grams

Seed spices (coriander, cumin, fennel, or similar) — 1 teaspoon

Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseed, poppy seeds, or similar) —3 tablespoons

Water (lukewarm) — 350 ml

Olive oil — 1 tablespoon


First, heat your oven up to 200-220°C. Line your bread pan with baking paper.

In a large bowl, add in the flour, baking soda, salt, seed spices, and mixed seeds. Use water to dissolve the yeast and add it to the bowl. Then, mix the dough and knead it for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the olive oil and pour the mixture into the bread pan. Set the pan aside for 40 minutes and allow the dough to rise.

Then, bake the bread for 15 to 20 minutes. When you take it out, slice it and spread some Natural Ribella Hummus with pumpkin seeds over it. The humus will give the bread an authentic and delicious flavor!
