• Ribella Hummus with pumpkin seeds
• an integral toast bread
• a handful of radish
• 2 cooked eggs
• half cucumber
• various types of lettuce
• a handful of cherry tomatoes
• a spoon of olive oil
• a spoon of apple vinegar
Cut toast bread on slices and gently heat it in toaster. Spread Ribella Hummus on it, align radish, eggs and cucumbers that we have previously cut into the rings over it. Determine the proportions of the ingredients by personal preference. On the side of the bowl mix the different types of lettuce and cherry tomatoes cut into half. Mix for a dressing a spoon of apple vinegar, a spoon of oil and a little mustard.
