Healthy Hummela cups

An easy recipe with Hummela that we are sure you will love!

 

Ingredients:

110 g oatmeal

15 g coconut flour

60 g cashews

15 g chia seeds

30 g pumpkin seeds

80 g pitted dates

50 g coconut oil

Juice from one orange

1-2 Hummela Nougat

Fruit of choice for serving

 

Preparation:

Weigh oatmeal, coconut flour, cashews, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds in a blender bowl. Mix for 10 seconds to mix and chop the ingredients. Then add dates, softened coconut oil and orange juice. Juice can be added little by little. Turn on the blender so that the ingredients bond into a sticky mass.

Heat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a muffin tin and place the mixture in the openings. Tap it down with your fingers in order to cover the edges and bottom of the tin. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Leave the cups to cool in moulds, then carefully take them out with a knife and arrange them on the cooling rack. Once they are completely cool, fill them with Hummela and decorate with fruit as you wish…
