Sandwich with Hummus and baked peppers

The sandwich can be a healthy and nutritious meal if you substitute high-fat spreads with hummus, add a little bit of vegetables and some hard-boiled eggs.

Ingredients:

• Ribella Hummus natural
• Bavarian or integral bagel
• a boiled egg
• baked pepper
• tomato
• rucola

Preparation:

Cut boiled eggs, baked peppers and tomatoesinto cubes. Add Ribella Hummus natural to the mixture and stir it all up. Heat the bagel and fill it with the mixture. Put a handful rucola on the spreading.
