Spaghetti with broccoli and Hummus

Broccoli and zucchini are very healthy vegetables, rich in minerals and vitamins, and if they are combined with hummus, which is an excellent source of protein, we get a nutritious and delicious meal.

Ingredients:

• Ribella Hummus with pumpkin seeds
• half a packet of spaghetti
• 2 medium sized zucchinis
• 400 g of broccoli
• a little olive oil
• spices
• Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Bake and wring the pasta, and then make spaghetti from a zucchini using a knife or spiralizer. Mix pasta and zucchini and cut broccoli into small flowers and cook for a short while. Make sauce from cooked broccoli, a pack of Hummus, a little olive oil and spices as desired. Serve spaghetti, pour the sauce and put a little Parmesan over.
