• Ribella Hummus with pumpkin seeds
• half a packet of spaghetti
• 2 medium sized zucchinis
• 400 g of broccoli
• a little olive oil
• Parmesan cheese
Bake and wring the pasta, and then make spaghetti from a zucchini using a knife or spiralizer. Mix pasta and zucchini and cut broccoli into small flowers and cook for a short while. Make sauce from cooked broccoli, a pack of Hummus, a little olive oil and spices as desired. Serve spaghetti, pour the sauce and put a little Parmesan over.
