Sweet potato with Hummus gravy

All French fries lovers will be delighted by this information – there is a healthier version of this appetizers, side dishes and snacks. Also, if you serve it with an interesting, but healthy and tasty spread, you will win the hearts of all the attendees.

Ingredients:

• 200g of Ribella Hummus natural
• 200g of Ribella Hummus piquant
• 6 pieces of sweet potato
• olive oil
• sea salt
• 1 small spoon of garlic powder
• 1 small spoon of red pepper

Preparation:

Peel a sweet potato and cut it longitudinally as for french fries. Put it in a pan, sprinkle with a little olive oil, a little red pepper and onion and add sea salt. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with Ribella Hummus piquant or natural.
