If you have decided to make something extremely simple, but challenging with taste and appearance, try Ribella stuffed eggs. At the same time, these snacks are rich in protein, and they are an excellent choice for breakfast.
• 100 g of Tunino pressed tuna fillets
• 200 g of Ribella Hummus natural
• 5 eggs
• selection of lettuce for decoration

Put eggs in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. While cooking, mix Ribella hummus natural with herbs of your choice (our proposal is basil or oregano) and cut into slices of Tunino pressed tuna fillets. Cool boiled eggs and cut them in half. Remove egg yolkswith a spoon and mix them with hummus. Make the egg filled again with the mixture (you can use a spoon or syringe for decoration) and add the Tuna slice that you have previously rolled. Decorate with a piece of salad.
