We mainly talk and write about positive things, but we will not turn a blind eye to those that are not.
Whether we like it or not – almost all of us are slaves to some habits, because it’s simply human nature, so, even the Hummusapiens are not spared from that.
Without wanting to comment on whether eating Ribella hummus too much is a good or a bad habit – because we REALLY THINK WITHOUT BIAS that it is BRILLIANT 😀 – we will still deal with some habits that are a little bit more important than which hummus is on the menu today.
Those smarter than us have singled out our habits that are really bad and heavy – we are certain that you know which of them are in question and are certain that you know that they speed up the way to oblivion…
Let’s speak of only some of the ones that don’t endanger your existence directly, but only damage your quality of life and keep you in chains so that you cannot detect, sense and see what there is elsewhere.
First – a phone “stuck” in your hand, being a slave to various screens at night and a sedentary routine as a lifestyle. This is important because it slowly degrades your health, keeps your head captive and increasingly ruins your psyche. Realistically, all this is pretty much up to you – therefore, don’t look for somebody to blame, just break away and you’ll see that it’s worth it.
Second – avoiding interaction with people in the real world, insufficient socialisation, laughter, physical activities. The modern times have corrected much of that, but we’ve come under the influence of negativities inherent to them. There is nothing that can replace people, movement, joint activities and staying in the countryside.
Third – delaying obligations and tasks, speaking negative things to oneself, lying and comparing oneself to others. It seems absolutely to us that there is nothing we can add here – everything is clear. If you look after your body, but behave in this way, a troubled mind in a healthy body will not be of much value.
Fourth – not drinking enough water, avoiding the sun, not getting enough sleep and failing to see the doctor. These may seem unimportant, but believe us, they are not. We take for granted some of the basic things in life, so we also easily justify their absence.
Certainly, a pile of other bad habits worth discussion remains, but our goal has been for you to face some of them, make a plan, think through and ask for help if you need it… Because some behaviours we all are prone to prevent us from living better and more happily.
We strongly believe that such a life is possible, don’t you? 😉
