–           3 tortillas

–           2-3 carrots

–           1 cucumber

–           1 red pepper

–           2-3 tables of Ribella hummus natural

–           Ten leaves of lettuce


Clean the carrots, cucumber and pepper and cut them into thin sticks.

Spread hummus on each tortilla. Put a leaf of lettuce, then carrot, pepper and cucumber over the tortilla. Leave about 2 cm without vegetables on the far part of the tortilla, to make it easier to make the roll.

Roll the tortilla tightly, and then cut that roll with a sharp knife into 1.5 cm wide bites.

They are tastiest the next day when the ingredients mix well.
