Tasty quesadillas in just 15 minutes…
You will need a tortilla (if it’s whole grain, whole wheat or gluten-free, so much the better). Half a cup of Ribella Hummus – choose any taste you like and use baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and black olives for stuffing.
Spread the hummus over the tortilla and be generous with it 🙂 add the filling to one half, fold the tortilla once, and then fold it again. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan at medium heat and then carefully fry the tortilla until it turns golden yellow – 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with some sauce or whichever way you want and dig in! Enjoy your meal.
